So I have to vent...

so I just got off the phone. The most boring-est phone call I have ever been on.

I had a call coaching session at 12:30. Had to stay logged in until then. Answered the phone at 12:24, which is fine, because they said it was an agent call. Those are usually 2 minutes or less... oh no. It ended up being a half an hour call. The agent was on the phone with the client's wife. They hadn't talked about the policies before this. They had me look up 4 different policies, and talk about options to reduce loan and premium. I gave him the options. One being Paid-Up Additions (or PUA's) to help reduce the loan. He goes, "Oh we're not going to do that."

10 minutes later, not kidding, "Oh, you know what else we could do? We could use PUA's to reduce the loan". OMG, did I NOT just say that?!? Jerk! Then he talked more with her, explaining to her things I could've done, or that they should've done off the phone from me.....

While I was on the phone, my call coach comes over. I was able to have a full conversation with him while they were talking on the phone.

I seriously said maybe 2 words the whole time. "Mmm-hmm" and "yeah".
Seriously, it was bad.
